Quality Education is the pivotal piece in Africa’s restoration. As children and adults become informed and begin to learn how abnormal poverty, disease and hunger are, they can begin to envision and plan ways to move out of their desperate situations.
We are committed to educating children so that they can reach their fullest potential and be instrumental in reviving the economy and raising the standard of living for all Malawian's. Our children are one of our greatest resources!
Our Preschool program began in 2010 when local parents and the Grace Alliance Church decided it was important to begin teaching their small children. Two young women volunteered to teach 30 children. The response from the community was explosive. After just six months, more than 300 children were enrolled in the Grace Preschool.
In 2012, we opened the doors of Grace Primary school with our first Standard One class. September 2013, we progressed by adding Standard Two. We have partnered with our district government Social Welfare office, education department and Feed the Children in order to educate our teachers and help provide a hot meal for the children each day.
In September 2015, we added fourth grade to our school. We will continue adding a grade each year through Standard Eight. (This is the equivalent of finishing elementary school). We plan to begin offering Secondary School courses by 2019. It is our vision to continue growing our education programs culminating with the establishment of Grace University.

We currently need to build 16 more classrooms. We deeply appreciate your help in accomplishing this goal. We have also partnered with Classrooms For Africa. You may want to take a look at their website!
